Amy Diep
Background
- Amy graduated in Accounting and Business Management from Monash University, Australia, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2007.
- After working at Grobstein, Horwath & Company LLP, Los Angeles, USA, in its Audit and Assurance Services department, Amy returned to Australia and joined BDO’s Corporate Finance and Advisory Division as Assistant Manger. At BDO, Amy specialised in the valuation of intangible assets for Business/ Asset Valuations, Transaction Services and Forensic Accounting.
- At BDO, Amy worked with a number of different industries such as retail, clothing, leisure, infrastructure, property, automotive with clients including KFC, Pizza Hut, Roger David Group, Daimler Chrysler and Just Group, owner of brands Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Jacqui-E, Peter Alexander, Dotti and Smiggle.
- Amy joined Intangible Business in 2009 as a valuation consultant and has been involved in a number of valuations for purchase price allocations, dispute resolution and transactions across a number of industries and jurisdictions. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, Hokkien and Mandarin.
