AbsoluteBrand, a Milwaukee brand valuation consultant, has merged with Intangible Business Ltd., an English firm in the same field.

The Milwaukee office, with two full-time and two part-time employees, will take the name Intangible Business, said Thayne Forbes, joint managing director of Intangible Business Ltd. Elise Neils, principal of AbsoluteBrand, will become managing director of Intangible Business in the United States.

Forbes said the merger was a stock transaction, but did not disclose further details.
