Rather, it works with law firms, barristers, attorneys and in-house counsel on a case by case basis. Intangible Business has worked with some of the largest law firms, such as Ashurst, Herbert Smith, LG, Baker & McKenzie, Charles Russell, DLA Piper, Freshfields, Clintons and Simmons & Simmons as well as for the in-house councel for some of the world's leading brands.

Intangible Business is either employed on a direct appointment by a client or its legal representitive, or through the institutions Intangible Business is a member of. These include The Academy of Experts, The Expert Witness Institute and The Society of Expert Witnesses and is Accredited as an expert witness and forensic accountant by ICAEW.
