Forensic Accounting

Intangible Business carries out investigation, research and analyses of key commercial transactions as part of its forensic accounting service. A thorough investigation of these transactions reveals insights into the commercial factors behind them which we then explain. The analysis is then benchmarked to provide useful comparisons and control, adding extra dimensions and cross checks. Our forensic accounting skills are used in commercial disputes, fraud, partnership disputes, negligence claims and other disputes to assist in determining facts that can often remain hidden.

Each new forensic accounting project receives a bespoke approach which involves detailed analysis and investigation followed by the application of forensic accounting principles. We offer significant experience in providing forensic accounting evidence, from the early stages of dispute resolution to later stages including testifying at hearings.

Our experts are members of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, The Academy of Experts, The Society of Expert Witnesses, and The Expert Witness Institute. This includes accreditations as expert witness and as forensic accountant, and we have supplied evidence for courts, international arbitrations and other processes for dispute resolution all over the world including Australia, the UK, the Cayman Islands, France, Jersey and the US.
